Designed by elite Performance Coaches and PT's, this program develops healthier, better athletes by emphasizing developmental training along with activation, wellness and post-workout recovery techniques that are scientifically proven at the most elite levels of professional and olympic-caliber competition.


Whether you are a competitive athlete or simply interested how elite professional athletes train, this class will encourage active participation and interactive discussion on sports-science related topics like Athletic Baseline Testing, Injury Prevention, Optimizing the Training Process, Periodization, Benchmarking, Energy Systems, Pre-workout Activation and Post-workout Recovery.  Weekly homework assignments will include pro-style fitness programs including H.I.I.T. and Tabata programs that can be modified to any age, skill, or fitness level.
