Whether you are a competitive athlete or simply interested how elite professional athletes train, this class will encourage active participation and interactive discussion on sports-science related topics like Athletic Baseline Testing, Injury Prevention, Optimizing the Training Process, Periodization, Benchmarking, Energy Systems, Pre-workout Activation and Post-workout Recovery. Weekly homework assignments will include pro-style fitness programs including H.I.I.T. and Tabata programs that can be modified to any age, skill, or fitness level. M.O.R.R.
