She has degrees in Business Administration and Biblical Studies, but, it is her work with camps and schools that brought her to teaching homeschool students. She believes every child has the potential for greatness and that they are each uniquely gifted. As a homeschooler for the last 4 years she has learned how important it is for children to learn in community. She believe's learning should be fun. Last year after moving to the San Bernardino Mountains and finding a lack of educational classes for students she asked her 8 year old what class he most wanted to do and he asked for science. This came pretty naturally after teaching 4th-5th grade science for 4 years in her mother's special education classroom. So, she opened a science class that turned into two classes and quickly she saw the demand for more. Today she is helping lead a new co-op, teaching science and art and tutoring in math and phonics. She desires to help be a support for homeschooling families in her area and to encourage kids to think, imagine, create and invent.

All cancellations or schedule changes must be made directly with the instructor by 6 p.m. the night before a lesson to avoid a full lesson penalty fee. Some instructors may provide you with written notification outlining a different cancellation/penalty policy. This policy will supersede Home School Coaches’ policy. We truly want these lessons to support your educational goals, so feel free to share your expectations with your coach; this will enable them to provide you with a uniquely customized learning experience. Should you ever feel that these lessons do not match your expectations, please contact us to receive a refund on your remaining balance or to be matched with a different instructor.
