I have a master's degree in Education from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Utica University. My tutoring is based on student centered learning where I aim to engage students in meaningful tasks to foster critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills. I enjoy tutoring students in grades K- 6 because I can create engaging lessons that spark creativity. My favorite joy is the AHA moment when students understand a lesson, make a connection or are willing to try something new. In my free time, I enjoy baking and gardening. I believe my enthusiasm and experience will contribute to the success of the children I tutor.
