Jen has been teaching a wide variety of subject for over 20 years. She was homeschooled through 5th grade, attended private classical school, graduated with a liberal arts degree, and currently homeschools her own children. She loves reading, science, art, traveling, and spending time with friends. She primarily tutors Literature, Health, and Test Prep. Jen’s passion is educating girls to treat their bodies and minds with respect and care, and build habits that lead to a healthy, happy life. She has designed two courses and written handbooks to accompany them, for Middle and High School Girls. Through weekly Zoom discussions, the girls share their experiences and take ownership of their attitude, relationships, nutrition, sleep, and exercise.

All cancellations or schedule changes must be made directly with the instructor by 6 p.m. the night before a lesson to avoid a full lesson penalty fee. Some instructors may provide you with written notification outlining a different cancellation/penalty policy. This policy will supersede Home School Coaches’ policy. We truly want these lessons to support your educational goals, so feel free to share your expectations with your coach; this will enable them to provide you with a uniquely customized learning experience.
