If you choose to register for a class, you will be required to fill out a liability form through this webpage. This form is generated using Google Forms, and is secured by Google. If you need to process a private payment, rather than submitting a purchase order through a charter school for your lessons, we will process this payment through Venmo or PayPal.  We do not lease, sell, or distribute your personal information to any third parties. Any personal information that you provide will only be used to send you requested information if you agree to this privacy policy.
