Qualified applicants will be invited to interview. Accepted tutors become part of our referral network.
Application Requirements
To apply, tutors should have an established tutoring business and submit the following documentation below.
Due to insurance requirements and safety concerns, Homeschool Coaches is unable to support instructors offering high-risk or contact activities, including but not limited
to water sports, archery, horseback riding, gymnastics, and martial arts.
A Note About Tutoring Activities
Business Documentation

Certificate of Insurance (General Liability and/or Professional Liability)

Marketing Materials: Business flyer, business card, or webpage promoting your services

Local business license (or documentation that none is required in your area)

Legal business entity documentation (FBN/DBA, LLC, or equivalent)
*Tutors must demonstrate they operate an established tutoring business.

Complete a new Live Scan fingerprint screening

Annual Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion
