Dianne loves to teach singing to all ages and all levels! Dianne taught on the voice faculty at Azusa Pacific University for over 20 years, specializing in classical technique and singing for music theater. She earned her B.M. in Voice Performance at USC and her M.A. in Music, Vocal Pedagogy at CSULA. She is the Director of Foothill Academy of Vocal Arts (FAVA), a non-profit community choir program, and teaches private lessons at her studio in Monrovia where she offers the option of MTAC Certificate of Merit participation.
Foothill Academy of Vocal Arts (FAVA) is offering a 13-week session of two choirs based on age. Dianne Harmel Voice Studio offers 8-week sets of private voice lessons which include vocal technique, music theory and sight-singing. Fall enrollment is open for choirs until the last day of September. Private lessons may be started at any point during the school year, with approval of instructor.
