ABOUT THIS TUTOR
Kathryn is a credentialed teacher with 25 years experience helping kids learn. She started her career in traditional school, and now she’s a home school mom. Over the past 14 years, Kathryn has schooled two, graduated one, and has three years to go! She loves working one-on-one with students, finding ways to build success. She also enjoys small group settings where kids can learn from each other and cheer one another on.
Kathryn tutors reading, English grammar, and writing. She has extensive experience with both IEW and Lost Tools of Writing. She also tutors math, particularly Algebra with middle and high school kids; she helps them master rules that allow them to manipulate numbers in magical ways!

All cancellations or schedule changes must be made directly with the tutor by 6 p.m. the night before a lesson to avoid a full lesson penalty fee. Some tutors may provide you with written notification outlining a different cancellation/penalty policy. This policy will supersede Homeschool Coaches’ policy.
