ABOUT THIS TUTOR
Marisa Gomez-Garcia is an iOS and full-stack developer and founder of Cloud6 App Development LLC, based in Southern California. She has shipped multiple apps to the Apple App Store and built Cloud6 Academy, a bilingual (English/Spanish) K-12 learning platform with 2,600+ standards-aligned lessons. Through App Creator Lab, she teaches students ages 10–18 how to design and build real, working apps using modern AI tools — turning kids from app users into app creators. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Marisa is passionate about making technology education accessible to every family, especially Spanish-speaking and underserved communities. She was recently featured in Authority Magazine's "Pushing the Boundaries of AI" series for her work in bilingual edtech. Her classes emphasize hands-on building, creative problem-solving, and real-world skills that prepare students for a tech-driven future. —Marisa Gomez-Garcia, Cloud6 App Development
