ABOUT THIS TUTOR
For over 18 years, I’ve had the joy of teaching and homeschooling, walking alongside students as they discover their unique strengths and potential. As a homeschool mom of three, one of whom has already stepped into college life, I’ve experienced firsthand both the challenges and the incredible rewards of learning at home. Throughout the years, I’ve taught students from T-K through High School in core subjects like math, language arts, science, and history, while also weaving in creativity through art, music, and storytelling.
My degree in Interior Design adds an extra layer of creativity to my teaching, helping me connect lessons to the real world in meaningful and inspiring ways. My approach to teaching is simple: meet each student right where they are. I create a warm, supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged, capable, and excited to learn. Whether I’m reinforcing a homeschool curriculum or providing extra help with classroom assignments, my goal is always the same – to help students grow in confidence, build lasting skills, and spark joy in the learning process. What is a Boost Package? Boost Packages are discounted lesson bundles designed for students who are two or more years behind grade level in math, writing, or reading. Select tutors offer these packages to help students catch up in core subject areas. To qualify, parents must provide the tutor with evidence of their child's academic gap (such as recent test scores or assessment results).
