Home School Coach Application Requirements
To apply for a Home School Coach position, tutors must provide proof of an active educational business by submitting:
Business Documentation

Certificate of Insurance (General Liability and/or Professional Liability)

Link to your business website outlining your services

Business flyer or business card

Local business license (or documentation that none is required in your area)

Legal business entity documentation (FBN/DBA, LLC, or equivalent)
Application Materials

Completed Home School Coach application

W-9 form reflecting your business entity

Complete a new Live Scan fingerprint screening
