In following local health mandates, children do NOT need to wear a mask outdoors, however, it is strongly recommended.

The instructor will email all registered families by 9am the day of the class to confirm if a class will be canceled due to inclement weather. Your instructor may postpone the class or move the class online.

Often, your child may attend a free trial class. Please contact the instructor for more information.

Advanced registration is necessary for all classes since they may fill up or the instructor may not have enough supplies for all students.

Sorry! Parents and guardians are required to stay on site for the entire duration of the class. Parents may leave IF they inform the instructor of another guardian or parent that will be responsible for their child.

You may pay for your child's class with charter funds, credit cards, or through your bank. To make a payment with a credit card or through your bank, use the link provided during the online registration process. To make a payment with charter funds, submit a purchase order to Homeschool Coaches LLC. Purchase orders should be received prior to the start of the class. Be sure you complete the online registration process as well to reserve your child's place in the class.

Sorry, there are no refunds or partial refunds on classes.

Yes, parents may make partial payments to attend a class. Please check with the instructor first to determine the amount due when checking out.
