Amy majored in Economics and minored in French at the University of California, Berkeley. She later earned her K-8 teaching credential in California at CSU Hayward. She homeschooled two of her three children through eighth grade and one all the way through high school. She previously served as an instructor for high school math, French and health/herbal remedies at Ecclesia Classes and this is her fourth year tutoring with Home School Coaches. Before having children, Amy taught middle school math, language arts and social studies at both public and private schools for four years and carried her K-8 teaching credential in California.
