Spanish Immersion with Crafts - PASADENA: Multiple Dates (Thu) Grade 1-5th
Summary: In this class, we will be doing arts/crafts. Through these hands-on activities that involve cutting, pasting, coloring and designing crafts, students will learn the numbers, body parts, animal names, family members, colors, names of clothes, the weather, food and words commonly used in the classroom. They will also learn basic greetings and phrases in Spanish.

About the Instructor
Karla is a Spanish instructor and native Spanish speaker. She teaches ages 3 years old and up. She is a wife and homeschooling mother. She enjoys teaching Spanish in a fun way to keep the students motivated. Karla came to the United States when she was four years old. She was part of a Spanish readers program at her elementary school. She was one of the best readers and loved the Spanish program because it made a huge difference in her life and level of confidence. When Karla graduated high school, she worked in the medical field for five years and was also a medical Spanish interpreter for patients, pharmacists and doctors. She obtained a degree in business administration and started her own business teaching Spanish. She currently offers classes at Excellence in Education in Monrovia as well as private & group classes in the Glendale area. She is passionate about teaching the Spanish language and is satisfied seeing her students learn the opportunities of knowing a different language.
