ABOUT THIS TUTOR
I was born in the beautiful country of Sri Lanka and spent most of my childhood overseas. My Sri Lankan blood is probably why I love my morning cup of Ceylon tea! I returned to the U.S. as a teenager and met my husband that same year. I received my B.A. and teaching credential in English and taught all four grades at a local high school, ranging from basic English classes to specialized literature courses. Once I had children, I was highly influenced by the book For the Children’s Sake by Susan Schaeffer Macaulay, as well as the ideals and philosophies of Charlotte Mason. I educated my children at home for all of their school years (K-graduation) and it is a joy to see them embark on their own journeys through life!—Tanya Robinson

All cancellations or schedule changes must be made directly with the tutor by 6 p.m. the night before a lesson to avoid a full lesson penalty fee. Some tutors may provide you with written notification outlining a different cancellation/penalty policy. This policy will supersede Homeschool Coaches’ policy.
