I'm Cristi Boone, a credentialed teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Spanish, ESL, and Education, and over 16 years in education, including 4 years in public schools. Having been homeschooled myself, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities of homeschooling. From founding a vibrant dance school to crafting engaging classroom experiences, my journey has been about igniting a passion for learning. Teaching Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, ESL, English Language Arts, and Dance isn't just a job—it's my passion! I tailor each lesson to my students' unique needs, integrating technology and multimedia for fun and effective learning. One of my favorite memories? The Taco Project, where students ordered tacos in Spanish from a taco truck—learning made tasty and unforgettable! I am a nerd at heart, love curling up with a book, currently learning French, and am honing my dance skills in a modern dance class at a local college. Plus, I'm an avid traveler, having explored over 35 countries and counting! I look forward to embarking on this exciting educational journey with you!

All cancellations or schedule changes must be made directly with the instructor by 6 p.m. the night before a lesson to avoid a full lesson penalty fee. Some instructors may provide you with written notification outlining a different cancellation/penalty policy. This policy will supersede Home School Coaches’ policy. We truly want these lessons to support your educational goals, so feel free to share your expectations with your coach; this will enable them to provide you with a uniquely customized learning experience. Should you ever feel that these lessons do not match your expectations, please contact us to receive a refund on your remaining balance or to be matched with a different instructor.
