LESSON FEES: $45 for a 30-minute lesson $55 for a 45-minute lesson $65 for a 60-minute lesson SUBJECTS: Essay Writing, Creative Writing, Grammar/Spelling, Reading Comprehension, Science, History, Math Concepts/Intervention, Math Games/Foundations, Elementary Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2 My master’s in education and educational psychology from CA. State University, Northridge, led me to Bear Valley Unified School District as a substitute teacher, Co-Teacher, and one-on-one aide in special education in K-8. With a passion in educating students, I opened a part time tutoring business working with students having special needs and general education, some in homeschools, and others in public school. With the success of the tutoring business, I decided to leave the B. V. School District to expand my educational services to full time. I will assist your children in Math and English to improve their academic skills and believe in an individualized approach to tutoring by asking questions, practicing problems, and using positive reinforcement. Most importantly, I provide a warm, comfortable, and nonjudgmental online learning environment with your children to reach their goals. My hobbies include walking with my dog Teddy, writing inspirational messages, traveling, and singing. I love tutoring as I truly enjoy connecting with children and being a part of their personal and academic growth.
